We also decided that we want our own food truck!  Montréal is a great city but we need food trucks.  We are behind the times, let's get with it city hall!  Do you know how expensive rent is for a 1,000 square foot space plus equipment - ichiwowowwa!  But someone could have a food truck, start their own business, create jobs, Amigos!  If NYC, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Hey even Paris, France has a California style food truck.
